Deposit Policy
A £10 deposit is required to secure any booking. The deposit applies only after you have received and accepted a quote from us.
The deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the day of the job.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 10 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds outside this period are at our discretion.
Deposits can be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given.
If a customer is not present at the agreed time, the deposit will be forfeited.
Payments made without receiving a quote may not be accepted and can be refunded. You must request and accept a quote before making any payment.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
